Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking an ICT Support Engineer for a busy professional services firm in Leeds. This role covers 2nd/3rd line infrastructure, with responsibility for servers, desktops, printers and the broader ICT estate.

You will work closely with other IT staff to maintain uptime, implement upgrades and deliver high-quality technical support to internal users across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with large scale ICT infrastructure
• Ability to manage end-to-end hardware and software environments
• Strong problem-solving and incident management skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ICT infrastructure across servers, desktops, printers and network devices
• Lead on incident response, change management and proactive maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan upgrades and capacity improvements
• Manage backups, DR plans and security updates
• Provide user support and training on ICT processes and new technologies
