Job summary

Planet Recruitment is seeking an ICT Consultant - 2nd Line based in Barnet. The role focuses on supporting a primary school, acting as the liaison between the school and our client, and managing school IT hardware and software to improve ICT provision for teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate will have a solid IT background, be self-driven, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work as part of a team, with strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in ICT Technician/2nd line within the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and manage technical issues affecting the school's operation by providing robust technical solutions.
• Google Chrome Workspace experience required.
• Install or repair computers with standardised applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving problems.
• Respond to a wide range of technical duties related to the computer network and desktop services, including upgrades to existing installations (Desktops, iPads, printers, phones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns and hardware).
