This full-time role is ideal for an experienced education professional who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, and committed to ensuring that all students receive the appropriate support and opportunities to achieve their full potential while contributing positively to the wider school community.
You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the provision for students with SEND, working closely with teachers, support staff, parents and carers, external agencies, and other professionals. You will monitor and review student progress, support the development and implementation of individualised provision, and ensure that the school continues to provide an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
The role also offers opportunities to contribute to whole-school initiatives, staff development, and strategies designed to improve outcomes for students with additional needs. You will play an important role in promoting inclusive practice and ensuring that SEND students are effectively supported across the school.
