Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking an Intervention Tutor in Havant to support SEND/SEMH learners across KS1–KS5 with bespoke, one-to-one interventions. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and online delivery, focusing on re-engagement and holistic development within a nurturing setting.

You will work with 2+ years post-NQT experience and hold QTS/QTLS, using trauma-informed techniques while collaborating with carers and schools. Flexible, self-employed role with supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD.
• Hold QTS or QTLS certification and be UK-based.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-1, creative interventions to re-engage pupils with education.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring sessions.
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback to carers or schools.
