Protocol Education Ltd in Bath is helping a fantastic SEND school recruit compassionate teaching assistants for September to support pupils with Autism, ADHD and a range of needs. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to help learners access the curriculum with care and patience.

Strong communication and empathy are essential as you collaborate with teachers, therapists and the wider school team to promote independence and wellbeing.

Whether you've worked in care, supported children with special educational needs, or have experience helping people with additional needs in another setting, your skills could make a huge impact in the classroom.

Your role will include:
