We are currently recruiting SEN and SEMH Teaching Assistants to work in specialist and mainstream schools across Bath. The Role

As an SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Help students overcome barriers to learning
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
  • Promote engagement, confidence, and independence
  • Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
