Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across SEN and SEMH settings. You will work with experienced teachers to help children overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and reach their potential. Roles vary from 1:1 support to small group work focused on social skills in the classroom.

Looking for a role where you can make a real difference every day?

We're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a variety of SEN and SEMH schools. You'll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, helping children and young people overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, the next you could be helping a small group develop their social skills or confidence in the classroom.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
• Is patient, resilient, and positive
• Can build strong relationships and communicate effectively
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
