Job summary

Aston Villa Foundation in Birmingham is seeking an experienced SEND Coordinator to design, coordinate and deliver projects with a focus on special educational needs and disabilities. The role reports to the Senior Programmes Manager and will lead a team of full-time and part-time officers and coaches.

You will develop new opportunities to widen impact, work with key partners, and ensure high-quality activity across education, development and learning settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SEND activities, programmes and events.
• Proven ability to coordinate people, projects and programmes.
• Strong track record of partnership working with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/lead a team of full-time and part-time officers and coaches.
• Support delivery of excellent, impactful SEND projects, activities and programmes.
• Identify and develop new opportunities to widen impact and development of people with SEND.
