Job summary

The SEND Coordinator role at Aston Villa Foundation is an existing post for an experienced project coordinator with a SEND focus. You will support delivery of SEND activities, coordinate a team of officers and coaches, and help develop new opportunities to widen impact.

The role reports to the Senior Programmes Manager (Engagement, Sport and Wellbeing) and aligns with the Foundation's Disability Football programme.

Qualifications

• Experienced and proficient in delivering SEND activities, programmes and events.
• Proven ability to design, coordinate and deliver impactful projects.
• Strong track record of partnership working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/lead a team of officers and coaches supporting disability football.
• Deliver excellent, impactful projects and programmes for SEND.
• Identify and develop new opportunities to widen impact and develop people.
