Job summary

Working closely with the SEND Manager, you will coordinate resources, promote inclusive practice across the college, and drive continuous improvement to enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND services or teams within an educational setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to improve learner outcomes.
