Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a SEND Primary Teacher to join a specialist education setting supporting children with complex needs. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning across KS1 and KS2 in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires QTS/QTLS and KS1/KS2 teaching experience, with a patient, adaptable approach and collaboration with the wider school team. Fully funded training and progression are offered.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS is essential.
• Experience teaching at KS1 and KS2 level.
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional and complex needs.
• A patient, adaptable and nurturing teaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach and assess learning across KS1 and KS2.
• Adapt lessons to meet individual SEND needs and abilities.
• Support positive behaviour and create a safe learning environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
• Contribute to pupil reports, progress tracking and curriculum development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals.
