TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a Primary SEND Teacher in Liverpool on a permanent, full-time basis. The role requires QTS and experience teaching Primary-aged pupils with SEND, including Autism/ ASD, LD, and ADD. You will adapt lessons to meet diverse needs and help pupils progress within the Primary Curriculum.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold QTS and have experience teaching Primary-aged pupils with additional needs.
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism/ ASD, Learning Difficulties or ADD.
• Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum and ability to adapt learning to individual needs.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging lessons and adapt strategies for pupils with SEND.
• Support pupils with a range of additional needs to achieve meaningful progress.
• Work within a SEND provision to ensure safeguarding and DBS compliance.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement therapeutic approaches where appropriate.

North West/ temporary / £120 - 170 per day

Do you hold QTS and have a strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum?

The school is looking to take on a permanent Primary SEND Teacher on a full-time basis, working directly with Primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs. The successful Primary SEND Teacher will support pupils with needs including Autism / ASD, Learning Difficulties / LD and Attention Deficit Disorder / ADD, adapting lessons and teaching strategies to ensure pupils can engage with the Primary Curriculum and make meaningful progress.

The successful Primary SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS
• Experience teaching Primary-aged children with additional needs
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism / ASD, Learning Difficulties / LD or Attention Deficit Disorder / ADD
• A strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum and the ability to adapt learning to individual needs
• Experience supporting children through therapeutic practices
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
