Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Montessori and EYFS-based activities tailored to children's developmental needs. Support children's social, emotional, and educational development through engaging activities. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones. Support behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Qualified practitioner with relevant SENCO credentials. Experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
