Opportunity

As an SEN Tutor, you’ll provide personalised, one-to-one lessons for students with a range of additional learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and sensory needs.

  • Plan and deliver tailored, multi-sensory lessons across various subjects

  • Track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs

  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals to create effective learning plans

  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes growth and independence


This role is ideal for someone who wants to step beyond the traditional classroom and make a real difference in the lives of disengaged, at‑risk, or vulnerable learners. You’ll plan and deliver personalised one-to-one lessons that inspire progress and boost confidence.

  • Contract type: Temporary

  • Full time/part time: Part time and full time depending on availability

  • Hourly rate: £30.00

  • Hours: Flexible working hours available between 9am to 4pm


Qualifications


  • QTS or equivalent

  • Have experience working with SEND students

  • UK classroom teaching experience

  • Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box


Eligibility


  • Hold the right to work in the UK

  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

  • Provide two professional child‑related references
