Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Thornbury schools, helping them feel included and ready to learn.

You will work in one-to-one or small group settings, aiding children with SEND and a range of needs, while collaborating with teachers and therapists to implement learning plans.

The role promotes ongoing training, flexible local work, and opportunities across mainstream and SEND settings, with a straightforward registration process.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children or young people; experience supporting children with SEND is desirable but not essential.
• Is patient, compassionate and resilient.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Is eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.
