Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester. You will support a pupil 1:1, assist with interventions and work closely with teachers and families to foster a positive learning environment.
The role involves adapting to different days and activities, building relationships with children, and contributing to inclusive provision across mainstream and specialist settings.
Some children need a little extra encouragement. Others need someone who understands that success isn't always measured by perfect handwriting or sitting still for an hour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
