Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH. No prior teaching qualification is required, with experience in care, youth work, or similar settings welcomed.
You'll work under teachers and therapists to help pupils reach their potential, building confidence and communication skills in a calm, patient manner.
Some children need a little extra support to find their voice.
Some need someone who understands that progress isn't always measured in test scores. Sometimes it's making eye contact for the first time. Joining in with a group activity. Walking into school with a smile.

At Protocol Education, we're working with fantastic mainstream and specialist schools looking for compassionate, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and complex learning difficulties.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
