Overview

Are you passionate about supporting learners to reach their full potential? ALFA, our new learning program, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our growing team. We support young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to SEMH needs, EBSNA, anxiety or SEND needs. Our personalised approach includes face-to-face home tuition, online lessons with subject specialists and outdoor learning through PEAK activity centres. We\'re expanding in your area and offering flexible tutoring roles. While the contract is 0-hours, we guarantee regular work.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and teach lessons

  • Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children\'s progress
Qualifications
  • At least two years\' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
  • QTS/QTLS is advantageous
