A leading specialist education provider in Cold Ash is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to lead tailored educational programs for students with SEMH needs. You will create engaging lessons, develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and foster positive relationships with pupils. The role offers flexible working arrangements and full-time benefits including life assurance and pension. Ideal candidates will have QTS or PGCE, and experience in supporting children with special educational needs. Immediate impact is expected in a dynamic educational setting.
As a SEN Teacher, you will have the freedom to bring your creativity and practical teaching expertise to life. You will lead flexible, person-centred programmes of study, tailoring learning to each pupil's needs and helping them achieve meaningful outcomes. Every day will bring new challenges, but the rewards of seeing pupils grow in confidence, independence, and resilience are unparalleled.
You will deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, plan and assess teaching sessions in line with curriculum developments, and create stimulating learning environments both inside and outside the classroom. You will write, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), set achievable targets, and build strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage participation and motivation. Supporting pupils with complex needs and promoting their social, emotional, and behavioural development will also be a key part of your role.
If you're driven by making a real impact and thrive in dynamic, specialist settings, this is the role for you.
