A specialized educational institution in Burgess Hill is seeking a passionate teacher to work with students with Autism. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, building strong relationships, and promoting student development within a nurturing environment. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. You will work with small groups and individual students , enabling you to build strong, meaningful relationships and truly understand their learning styles, strengths, and challenges. All our pupils have a diagnosis of Autism and an EHCP. We have been inundated with requests of places from Sussex and Surrey Local Authorities and therefore need additional staff to impact the lives of more pupils. We are therefore looking for the perfect person to join us for this next stage of our journey.
