SEN LSA – Sutton, Merton & Kingston

Tempest Resourcing is looking for compassionate, caring and dedicated individuals to support children with Special Educational Needs across Sutton, Merton and Kingston.

Roles: Full-Time, Part-Time & Ad-Hoc

Areas: Sutton • Merton • Kingston

Start: Immediate

Pay: £85‑£115 – Daily Pay

Make a Real Difference in Local SEN Schools

Our partner schools support pupils with Complex Needs, Down Syndrome, ASD (Autism), PMLD, SLD. Whether you are new to SEN or an experienced specialist, your heart, attitude and willingness to support children is what matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing individual or group support in welcoming SEN schools
  • Helping pupils with sensory, communication and learning activities
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and building trust with pupils
  • Assisting with routines and personal care (when required)
  • Working as part of a caring, friendly team of teachers & therapists
  • Bringing positivity and patience to each child's day
Who We’re Looking For

People with a Natural Passion for Helping Others Your empathy and kindness are more important than your experience.

Entry‑Level Candidates We welcome people from care, youth work, psychology, social care, sports coaching, or anyone with a caring personality. Full training provided.

Experienced SEN Practitioners If you have supported children with ASD, PMLD, SLD or complex needs, we have roles that value your expertise.
