Job summary

A leading educational support service is seeking SEN Learning Support Assistants in Preston to support pupils with additional needs. Candidates will assist with emotional regulation and engagement in learning, offering support both inside and outside the classroom. Experience with SEN is beneficial along with strong communication skills. This temp role offers attractive pay starting from £14.85 per hour, plus additional benefits including free training and ongoing support from the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1: 1 or small-group basis
  • Assisting with emotional regulation and engagement with learning
  • Following guidance from SENCOs and teaching staff
  • Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom
  • Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion

Pay Structure
