A reputable educational staffing agency is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a Full-time role in Greenwich. The successful candidate will lead small group sessions and support learning within a Secondary school environment. Overview

HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) - Greenwich

Location: Greenwich

Start Date: ASAP start

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday) 8.30am until 3.30pm

Responsibilities

• Lead small group work and cover lessons in the teacher's absence
• Support learning within a Secondary school setting

Qualifications

• A recognised HLTA qualification or a Level 4 or above child-related qualification
• Previous experience supporting learning within a Secondary school setting
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children\'s learning and development as an HLTA
• If you hold only a Level 2 or Level 3 child-related qualification, you will not be considered for this HLTA role; however, we would still love to hear from you regarding Teaching Assistant opportunities in Greenwich and surrounding areas.
