Job summary

A local educational provider in York is seeking dedicated tutors to provide 1:1 tuition for students in need. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with children in the UK and be committed to helping students improve their learning outcomes. This role requires a minimum of 4 months experience, the right to work within the UK, and preferably a DBS check. Tutoring hours are approximately 10 hours weekly, with compensation between £20 and £30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Have a Right to Work within the UK.
• Minimum of 4 months experience working with children.
• DBS registered on the update service (ideal).

Responsibilities

• Provide tuition for a Year 8 student below ARE.
• Deliver knowledge covering KS2 - KS3.
• Work flexible hours, approximately 10 hours per week.
