A leading educational support provider in Gloucester is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a special school. This is a temporary role with potential for long-term placement based on performance. Candidates should have experience working with children and strong behaviour management skills. Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities

  • Support students in the class.
  • Assist students in their work.
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups.
  • Assist students with social and emotional development.
  • Implement behaviour management tools.
