Job summary

Engage Education is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with students who have SEMH needs in Hastings. The role focuses on supporting emotional and social development, building resilience, and promoting independence.

You will work as part of a caring team, applying patient, consistent behaviour approaches, and establishing trusting relationships with pupils. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with emotional and social needs.
• Ability to manage behaviour with calmness and consistency.
• Demonstrated warmth, energy, and encouragement while setting boundaries.

Responsibilities
