What matters most is a strong commitment to supporting children with complex needs and the ability to bring patience, positivity, and consistency every day.

This role will suit someone who is passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives – whether by helping them manage emotions, build healthy relationships, or gain practical skills for adulthood. • Have experience supporting children or young people with emotional and social needs
  • Be confident in managing behaviour with calmness and consistency
