Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community travel.
Responsibilities
Deliver Community-Based Education: Work out in the local community to create engaging, non-traditional learning environments tailored to the young person's interests.
Core Subject Support: Plan and deliver targeted support for GCSE English and Maths to help students build essential academic foundations.
Build Trust & Confidence: Act as a positive role model, using trauma-informed approaches to re-engage young people who have struggled in mainstream settings.
Track Progress: Monitor emotional wellbeing, attendance, and academic milestones, adapting your approach as needed.
