Job description

Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities:
  1. Work as part of a team to ensure a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently.
  2. Exceed sales targets and company acquisition targets for N.dulge.
  3. Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss.
  4. Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team.
  5. Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors.
  6. Embrace team effort and take pride in achieving common goals.
  7. Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment.
  8. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share it with the team.
  9. Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
