Zusammenfassung

ICTS Europe is seeking a Training Manager to join the Security Management Team in the UK. You will design, deliver and refresh detailed process and policy training and inductions to ensure all personnel comply with contract requirements and team development.

Reporting to the Cluster Account Manager, you will drive performance standards, promote behaviour safety programmes, and coordinate with client management, operations and site supervisors to plan inductions, resources and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Deliver inductions and refresher courses with support from site supervisors.
• Plan, organise and deliver training and refresher courses.
• Promote courses and best practice across the cluster.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and training providers.
• Coordinate with Account Manager, Operations Managers and Supervisors on inductions and PPE/uniforms.
• Review and update training resources on the training matrix.
• Prepare training reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with H&S and Company training teams.
• Provide briefing, mentoring and coaching on process and site procedures.
• Develop communications to improve health, safety and performance standards.
• Attend meetings as appropriate and perform other duties to improve standards.
