Job summary

G4S SZC is seeking a Security Training Manager to oversee training policy development and manage the end-to-end delivery of both internal and external courses. You will coordinate digitisation of training records, lead planning and execution, and maintain up-to-date document controls for pocket-book lessons.

The role requires strong communication, IT skills, leadership, and experience in training delivery within a corporate or critical infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• A good standard of education in Maths, English and IT.
• A training qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop the current G4S SZC training policy.
• Conduct needs analysis and identify training requirements across the team.
• Digitise and manage contract training records and keep records up to date.
• Develop and deliver in-house training programs to support identified needs.
• Coordinate and lead booking process for internal/external courses.
• Deliver training to security team leaders and supervisors in train-the-trainer capacity.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies for specialized courses.
• Develop individual training plans and provide evidential training data.
• Stay up to date with training best practices and innovate to enhance.
• Champion document control of pocket-book lessons and liaise with owners.
