Job summary

ICTS (UK) Limited seeks an EMEA Security Control Centre Operations Manager to oversee daily ESCC operations, incident response and staff across the EMEA region, ensuring adherence to policies and high service standards.

The role coordinates 24/7 incident platforms, reports security incidents, and provides guidance and training to ESCC operators while maintaining excellent customer service. Strong leadership and security systems knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervisory roles within a security operations centre environment within a multi-national, global organisation.
• Proven knowledge and experience in the supervision and use of physical security systems and principles (CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access Control, social listening platforms, mass message platforms).
• Experience monitoring, reviewing, escalating and managing security incidents across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in demanding environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong reporting skills with clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ESCC daily operations and 24/7 incident response to meet SOPs.
• Report incidents across the EMEA region to Security leadership as required.
• Collate and report security-related intelligence to safeguard staff traveling or based in the EMEA region.
• Supervise emergency procedures across the EMEA region and coordinate out-of-hours security operations.
• Mentor, train and supervise the ESCC Controllers and maintain customer service standards.
