Job summary

ICTS UK Ltd in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Site Lead to oversee the on-site contract guard force. You will be the day-to-day leader for the security team and the main point of contact for both the client and ICTS, ensuring a best-in-class service on every shift.

• Proven experience in managing on-site security teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to plan rosters and manage HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site security team across all shifts.
• Serve as main client/ICTS contact to ensure best-in-class service.
• Address conduct, performance issues, and investigations.
• Plan rosters at least a month ahead and arrange cover as needed.
• Conduct audits, ensure licences, risk assessments and site procedures are up to date.
• Coordinate with client on security faults and vendor call-outs during work hours.
• Deliver training and conduct annual reviews with Training Manager.
• Set objectives, measure KPIs, and prepare monthly reports.
• Attend meetings and drive health, safety, and compliance initiatives.
