Job summary

ICTS (UK) Limited is seeking a dedicated trainer to deliver inductions and refresher courses across the cluster, ensuring compliance with contract requirements. You will work with site supervisors, operations managers and security staff to promote best practice and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inductions including refresher courses with site support.
• Plan, organise and deliver training and refresher courses.
• Promote courses and best practices across the cluster.
• Maintain training records and administration.
• Prepare training reports for Account Manager and stakeholders.
• Liaise with H&S and Company training teams.
• Provide briefing, training, mentoring and coaching on processes and site procedures.
• Develop communications to improve health, safety, performance and compliance.
• Attend meetings and take on other duties to improve standards.
