Job summary

G4S SZC at Sizewell C is seeking a Security Training Manager to oversee strategic and operational training initiatives, coordinating with the Deputy Account Director and Operations Lead to digitise contract training records and keep individual records up to date.

You will act as project lead for delivering internal and external courses from planning to completion, develop in-house programmes, and maintain the training policy, ensuring compliance and current best practices.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education in Maths, English and IT.
• A training qualification is desirable or required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop the current G4S SZC training policy.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify training requirements across the team.
• Coordinate with Security Team Leaders to digitise and manage contract training records and ensure records are up to date.
• Develop and deliver in-house training programs to support identified needs.
• Coordinate and lead the booking process for internal and external courses from planning to completion.
• Deliver training to site security leaders and supervisors in a train-the-trainer capacity.
