Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager for Splunk UK. The role is remote and full-time, supporting customers across multiple UK locations.

You will drive adoption and optimization of the Splunk platform, acting as a trusted security advisor and coordinating with product teams to translate customer needs into actionable improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT with security experience, hands-on Splunk certification, and proficiency across Unix/Windows

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in information security.
• Experience with one or more SIEM/security log systems (Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, etc).
• Active Splunk certification and hands-on experience with Enterprise Security, Splunk SOAR (Phantom), or Splunk UBA.
• Industry security certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on use case development, configuration, and optimization for Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to minimize downtime and improve resilience.
• Accelerate customer adoption of the Splunk security platform.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure customer success.
• Identify product expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
