GBR Recruitment Ltd, partnering with a growing security services provider in Lincolnshire, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead growth in retail guarding, CCTV, key holding, and mobile patrols. You will win new contracts in private and public sectors, building long-term client relationships and delivering robust sales strategies.

You will manage tenders and bids, attend meetings, and drive revenue growth with uncapped OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development/sales within the security sector.
• Experience bidding for tenders and securing new security contracts.
• Strong knowledge of SIA ACS and licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new security services contracts across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Hull/Humber.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned to company objectives.
• Manage a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities across private and public sectors.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFIs, and proposals with preparation for clarifications.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and drive revenue growth.
