GBR Recruitment Ltd, working in exclusive partnership with a growing Lincolnshire-based Security & Safety SME, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager. You will lead growth of contract security services, focusing on retail manned guarding and key holding, targeting private and public sector clients across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.

You will develop sales strategies, build a strong tender pipeline, and drive revenue growth through proactive bids, direct sales and strong client

Formación

• Experience in business development within the security sector.
• Background in retail manned guarding and key holding.
• Track record in bidding for tenders and securing contracts.
• SIA DS Licence is required.
• Strong pricing and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new business in Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Kingston upon Hull areas.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned to company objectives.
• Self-generate leads and manage a sales pipeline for private and public sectors.
• Monitor procurement portals and identify tender opportunities.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFIs and proposals; attend meetings and site surveys.
• Maintain a library of tender content and client references; build client relationships.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
