Qualifikationen

• Business development / sales experience in security sector.
• Experience bidding for tenders and securing new security contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) and licensing requirements.
• Commercially aware with strong pricing and negotiation skills.
• SIA DS Licence (desired).

Aufgaben

• Identify and secure new security contracts across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFIs, and proposals.
• Develop and implement growth strategy aligned to company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support mobilisation of new security contracts and contract renewals.
