Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd are partnering with a rapidly growing Security & Safety SME to hire an experienced Business Development Manager. The role focuses on winning new contracts in retail manned guarding and key holding, covering Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Humber areas.

You will drive growth by leading tenders, developing sales strategies, and building a robust pipeline of opportunities with private and public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Business development / sales role experience within the security sector.
• Experience bidding for tenders & securing new security contracts.
• Strong knowledge of SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business in retail sector manned guarding & key holding across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire & Kingston upon Hull / Humber areas.
• Develop and implement a practical growth strategy aligned to company objectives.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFI’s, and proposals; attend clarification meetings and site surveys.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients; negotiate contract terms and pricing.
