You will lead bids, build a robust sales pipeline and win long-term contracts across private and public sectors, including major retailers.

The role offers hybrid working with a Lincoln base, requiring a commercially driven security professional with a proven track record in securing new contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the security sector.
• Proven track record securing new security contracts.
• Knowledge of SIA ACS and regulations.
• SIA DS Licence is required.
• Strong pricing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business in retail manned guarding and key holding services.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFIs and proposals.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned to company objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships across private and public sectors.
• Monitor procurement portals and identify suitable tenders.
• Support mobilisation of new security contracts.
