Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd, acting for a Lincolnshire security specialist, invites applications for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow contracted security services across private and public sectors.

You will lead tenders, bids and direct sales, building long-term relationships while expanding offerings in guarding, CCTV, key holding and mobile patrol services. Hybrid working is available; base + OTE are negotiable.

Qualifications

• Business development or sales experience in the security sector.
• Experience bidding for tenders and securing security contracts.
• Strong pricing, negotiation and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new security contracts across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Hull Humber.
• Develop growth strategy aligned to company objectives and manage a sales pipeline.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFIs and proposals; attend meetings and site surveys.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients and negotiate terms.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and monitor market trends.
