Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd, partnering with a rapidly growing Lincolnshire security SME, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to grow contract security services. You will win new business across private and public sectors, lead bids, and drive revenue growth with a commercially driven approach.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage tenders and RFI processes, and work with Directors to deliver strategic growth across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Hull

Qualifications

• Experience in security sector business development and sales.
• Proven track record bidding for tenders and securing contracts.
• Strong understanding of ACS and SIA regulations.
• Commercially aware with strong pricing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new security services contracts across the Lincolnshire region and beyond.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned to company objectives.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFIs and proposals to win new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
