Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in contract security services. You will focus on securing long-term security contracts in retail manned guarding and key holding across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas, reporting to the Directors.

Candidates should have a proven track record in tendering, bids and new business development within the security sector, with strong commercial acumen, SIA ACS knowledge, and a DS licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in security sector sales, incl. tender bids and contract wins.
• Strong knowledge of ACS, SIA regulations, and licensing.
• SIA DS Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business in retail sector manned guarding and key holding across assigned regions.
• Develop and implement growth strategy aligned to company objectives.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFIs, and client presentations with proactive pipeline management.
• Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor procurement portals and frameworks for new tenders and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports to Directors on pipeline, wins, losses and performance.
