Job summary

The role requires a full driving licence and at least two years in the security sector, with the ability to adapt hours and work on a rota basis as Duty Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and execute the business plan.
• Lead staff across the branch and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Recruit, motivate and train employees to maintain manning levels.
• Provide visit reports and manage customer requirements as needed.
• Conduct staff appraisals and establish clear objectives with succession planning.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Act as Duty Manager for the manned guarding business on a rota basis.
