• Oversee security performance within a region, leading a team of officers to meet KPIs.
• Maintain and review Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments.
• Advertise vacancies, recruit and plan succession to ensure coverage KPIs.
• Provide training, advice and support to officers; ensure use of key systems and policies.
