• Must possess a valid Door Supervision or Security Guarding License.
• Have a five-year checkable employment history.
• Prior experience in a retail security role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visual deterrent on the shop floor.
• Safely detain offenders following H&S training.
• Utilize store security systems, including CCTV and EAS gates.
• Collaborate with covert security operatives.
• Investigate losses and support inquiries about known offenders.
• Complete accurate incident reports and documentation.
• Report crime incidents using a company-provided tablet.
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure customer safety.
• Record patrols in daily activity sheets.
• Provide security updates during store briefings.
• Conduct shift handovers to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all.

Shift Details & Pay

Pay: £12.40 per hour
Shifts: Day shifts only (Up to 9 hours a day between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays)
