Summary

We are recruiting an administrative assistant to support the General Surgery clinical secretarial team. If you are positive, empathetic, reliable, IT literate and motivated to support the NHS, and you can demonstrate a good work ethic, initiative, passion to support your team and willingness to learn and develop your skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Letter processing, scanning and general admin duties.
  • Provide outstanding service to clinicians and patients in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Use multiple software packages and demonstrate a “can do” attitude.
Qualifications
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
  • IT literacy and ability to use multiple software packages.
