Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an IT Operations professional to join the COO team, overseeing the full device lifecycle across Windows, Linux, macOS and SaaS platforms.

You will support deployments, upgrades, and onboarding/offboarding, driving efficiency and reliability across our global operations. You will also push automation and self-service via scripting, improve reporting and monitoring, and ensure security best practices for patching, device compliance, and IAM controls.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows, Linux, macOS and SaaS platforms.
• Strong M365 and identity/security administration.
• Ability to script and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full device lifecycle: builds, replacements, RMAs, onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practices across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
