Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking a proactive IT Operations professional to join the Chief Operating Office.

You will own device lifecycle management, security hardening, patching and compliance across Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile platforms, partnering with M365 and identity services. You'll drive automation, self-service tooling, incident response and monitoring, while translating technical concepts for non-technical colleagues and supporting deployments and upgrades across our global locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering M365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with device compliance and patching.
• Strong communication for non-technical users.
• Familiar with scripting (PowerShell/Bash) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full device lifecycle - builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
• Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades across office builds, Wi-Fi refreshes and migrations.
